How will I know when my next service is?
We try to mow your lawn at the same time and on the same day each week (Weather permitting).
If your lawn doesn't get serviced on your scheduled day it's for a good reason. We will service your property on the next business day (Weather permitting).
Some of our routes get mowed on an "as needed" basis. It's typically 7-10 days in the spring, and 10-14 days in the summer. We can leave a card, or you can send us an email if you are ever wondering when your next service is.
Can I decide when my property is taken care of?
Yes and No. We have many clients to make sure are taken care of, and generally schedule properties in a fuel efficient, time efficient route to be serviced on the same day. Therefore, we have a predetermined schedule that cycles all properties to be visited 7-10 days between services which means if you want your lawn serviced on a particular day, additional charges may apply.
You CAN however call us within 48 hours of the scheduled date, to let us know that you do not wish to have your property taken care of this week. This will allow us to remove you from our schedule for the week, and you will automatically be put on the schedule for the following service date.
What happens if I do not call 48 Hours before my scheduled service to reschedule or cancel?
Failure to call and inform us of your desire to reschedule or cancel will result in our crews coming to your property as planned and doing the job that was scheduled. If you were to come out and ask our crew to leave, or inform us of a rescheduling upon arrival, a $25 charge will be billed to cover travel expenses coming to your property.
When should I schedule my first mowing?
To avoid additional costs, and to maintain a property properly, it is best to schedule the initial cut BEFORE the lawn reaches 6”.
Will there be additional charges if my lawn is overgrown?
Yes, because overgrown lawns take longer to maintain and require multiple passes in order to leave a clean, professional look. The additional charge will be based on your property, the severity of the growth, and the estimated time taken to maintain it.
I’m having an event or party; can you pay special attention at my property?
Please let us know 7-10 days ahead and we will provide weekly service the day before your party. With 10 days notification we can also provide any detail crew service, mulch, pruning and seasonal color so that your property will look its best before your big day!
Do you remove trees?
This depends on the size of the tree. Currently we are unable to do large tree removal jobs, however we will recommend a trusted company to you. If the tree is small enough we will do an estimate and go from there.
